HOW DOES IT WORK?

Typical Team Experience range from a couple of hours to half day to full day to multiple days, and across the time length spectrum the process breaks down as follows:

  • Phase 1, Preparation: we make sure we have all the information required to run the Team Experience as in-depth and efficiently as possible. Depending on the type of Experience, this phase might include interviews with key stakeholders, questionnaires or an assessment.

  • Phase 2, The Experience Itself: all the key people gather in 1 room for a few hours and are professionally facilitated through the session.  The session will include a shared vision among the main stakeholders and a better understanding of each other’s viewpoints and roles and may include specific decisions, a strategic plan and action items.

  • Phase 3, Sustaining the Experience: the goal is significantly improved communication, and we will ensure that specific data and decisions from the session are gathered and structured in an easy to understand and easy to use
