Our 360 review process is designed to provide you and your coach with a snapshot of how your strengths and opportunities as a leader are perceived. The 360 will help illuminate your blindspots as well as your superpowers and is a great way to jumpstart the coaching relationship.

Kathryn or a coach from her trusted network conducts this customized review through both a comprehensive self assessment and a series of confidential interviews with a list of stakeholders- usually a mix of board members and/or supervisors, peers and direct reports and can even include partners and close personal relationships.

The data is then aggregated into a written report which is shared and presented to the individual receiving the 360 during a live coaching session that is tailored toward enabling the person being reviewed to digest the feedback constructively. The coach and coachee then use the data to create a personal plan with development goals that drive coaching success.

Leadership + Development Training and Group and Team Facilitation

Tools such as leadership development trainings and facilitations support our clients in a group setting. Our workshops and learning experiences are both experiential and fun and create powerful, long-lasting effects by engaging leaders at a kinesthetic level.

Training topics include executive presence, communication, influence, storytelling and mindfulness and are available in 2 hour, half day and full day lengths.
