Becca Camp

Executive Coach - New York City
Our world is growing increasingly complex and interconnected. A new, adaptive, empathetic style of leadership is demanded of us if we want organizations and people to thrive.

Becca is a coach who brings insight from nearly a decade working in product and operations in Silicon Valley. Product is a rapidly-growing, expensive discipline that sits at a very influential hub at most technology companies; developing the talent at that hub can produce outsized positive results for organizations.

She specializes in helping product teams at growing companies achieve individual and team excellence through a variety of disciplines--interpersonal and relationship coaching; management and feedback training; and 1:1 coaching for executives and individual contributors. She also leads workshops that promote mastery in specific parts of the product domain, through a coaching and personal development lens. Becca has worked with clients at Instagram, Glossier, and Planned Parenthood Federation of America, in addition to dozens of early-stage startup teams.

Cory Caprista

Executive Coach - Los Angeles
I fell in love with business because it combines what I love about sports—team focus and clear goals—with the complexity of human psychology.

After ten years developing his skills and at-scale problem solving in Sales and Product roles at Google, YouTube, and Twitter, he knew there was something more for him.

He soon discovered his mission: to develop effective, conscious leaders across the globe—and now he does just that.

In his role as a coach, Cory works internationally with many of the world's fastest-growing technology companies (including Google, Dropbox, Lyft, and Airbnb) to increase productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement. He works one-on-one with top performers and executives, as well as with teams to design and lead trainings. He is obsessed with bringing more meaning, joy, and laughter to our work, an area of our lives we give so much time and energy to.

Cory earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus in Marketing and Technology from Santa Clara University. Cory is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and the Institute of Professional Coaching Association (ICPA).

Sean Hansen

Executive Coach - Denver
Life is all too short. My mission is to help leaders and high performers understand themselves and what they really want in life, so they can achieve their deepest aspirations and not run themselves ragged just for the sake of 'crushing it.
Sean has spent his career in fastpaced highpressure environments ranging from military special operations to corporate America. As a combat veteran he knows how vital it is to achieve team and personal objectives. But, his time in those environments taught him that high performance is meaningless without deep alignment with one's values and restorative practices that keep everything balanced for the longterm. With over fifteen years in various learning and development roles, Sean has helped hundreds of internal and external clients unlock their highest levels of performance. As a performance and leadership coach, Sean helps leaders and high performers struggling to find the strategic sweet spot between driving hard for results and giving time and attention to the things that make life worth living.
